SUMMARY
Responsible for giving rate quotes, ensuring customer orders, order entry and management of the order.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage contracted accounts
- Rate quoting/Order Attainment (“sell the move”)
- Manage customer expectations
- Work with Logistics Coordinators to ensure customer requirements can be met
- Problem report resolution
- Help acquire new business for the company
- Travel up to 50%
- This is a no commission sales job

- Computer skills in a business environment, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and using the Internet.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective, cooperative, and courteous relationships with other staff and the general public.
- Excellent organizational abilities, promptness, and dependability required.
- Ability to express ideas clearly in both oral and written forms and to document policies and procedures is necessary
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions and procedures.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to sell customer on benefits of using our service
- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE (minimum)
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred or equivalent experience
- Customer Service experience is required
- Previous sales experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
