Job Description
- Leads branch sales and service divisions and directs day-to-day activities
- Monitors expenses and analyzes financial performance and budget
- Identifies operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
- Recruits, selects and trains sales, service, and administrative staff
- Performs field evaluations and coaches staff
- Provides strategic focus and planning to develop and business retention
- Participates in manager meetings and training programs
- Monitors regulatory compliance with state and federal agencies

Requirements:
- Experience managing an operation with full P&L responsibility—preferably in a route-oriented, service environment
- Ability to relocate
- Strong leadership skills in mentoring, coaching, motivating and training
- Recruiting, training and performance management experience
- Proven ability to achieve profitable revenue growth
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to cultivate new business opportunities
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Bachelor Degree a plus
