Join Milia Marketing as our Business Growth Specialist, helping stone, kitchen and bath industry leaders achieve their growth goals through innovative digital marketing strategies. You'll manage the full client acquisition process while serving as a trusted advisor to business owners.

On target earnings: $94,000+ (Salary + commission)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full sales cycle for high-value marketing partnerships
- Attend industry conferences annually
- Generate and nurture qualified leads through multiple channels
- Conduct thorough discovery calls to identify client pain points
- Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
- Build long-term relationships as trusted marketing advisor
- Manage pipeline using HubSpot CRM
- Develop and improve sales templates and processes
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions
- Collaborate with delivery team for smooth client handoffs
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Build long-term partner & industry relationships

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of consultative sales experience
- Track record of exceeding quotas
- Conference/trade show experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- HubSpot CRM proficiency
- Digital marketing knowledge is a plus
- Willingness to travel to industry conferences
Success Measurement:
Success in this role is measured through a comprehensive evaluation of key performance indicators, including achieving monthly revenue targets of new clients and maintaining strong pipeline development. We track discovery call conversion rates, proposal win rates, and lead generation success in addition to others. Excellence is determined by your ability to contribute to our high client retention rate, demonstrate consistent professional growth, and drive process improvements. Your success will be reflected in both quantitative metrics and qualitative assessments of client satisfaction and team collaboration.
These KPIs will be set through a mutually agreeable discussion between company leadership and the Sales Manager.
