As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships. By engaging with both new and existing clients, you will identify their needs and deliver tailored HVAC solutions from our extensive product portfolio. Your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the long-term success of Eden Energy Equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, offering expert guidance on HVAC products and solutions that meet their unique requirements.
  • Sales Growth: Drive revenue by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, preparing detailed quotes, and processing orders efficiently.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service, regular follow-ups, and consistent support.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order processing in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed on the latest HVAC technologies, industry trends, and market developments to better serve our customers.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Qualifications

  • Help-First Mindset: A genuine desire to assist customers and colleagues, prioritizing their needs and success.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in HVAC, inside sales, or technology sales roles.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new products and technologies.
  • Customer-Centric: Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
  • Team-Oriented: Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Organized & Proactive: Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Lifelong Learner: Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,371.00-$68,156.00 per year
