- Continuous training and development of team members, maximizing revenue opportunities, and cultivating a sales first environment that excels in providing memorable guest experiences through the delivery of Platinum Service.
- Willing to embrace incorporating digital marketing into their workflow to get more quality appointments.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that meet the company's goals, set objectives and track performance.
- Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel, both orally and in written form to previous, current and potential clients.
Compensation/Pay: 70,000 - 80,000
