Job Description
My commercial electrical service client is looking to bring on a Electrical Project Estimator/Sales Manager!
Requirements:
- Expierience in successfully estimating commercial electrical projects, ranging up to $150K-$5M in value
- Experience with project sales and landing new customers within the commerical electrical industry
- Proficient in Bluebeam, Accubid, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of NEC and local codes
- Ability to effectively communicate with all parties of the construction team
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and estimate multiple jobs at once
- Driver’s License
Preferred:
- Degree in Construction Management
- 5+ years Project Estimating experience
- 5+ years Project Sales experience
- Proficient in Accounting software and Procore
- Commercial electrical trade experience
