We are looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant for our Solon location. Our products are rated best in the industry year after year; we are a company with room to grow. This is a role that combines your competitive drive and desire to be a part of a team.

The Marketing Director is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, extending and growing our brand in the marketplace, and delivering on our promise of a 5-Star customer experience. These core responsibilities are accomplished by creating effective marketing, advertising, conversions, and communications strategies and leading their on-budget execution.
They will also lead internal culture and employee communications efforts, and supports the needs of inside sales, outside sales and the remainder of the organization from a marketing and customer relationship management perspective. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Quickly identify changing customer requirements and follow through with corresponding strategies, including in our Sales and OPS areas. Own our marketing strategy, lead generation, lead conversions, and all omnichannel marketing efforts, including all the tactics, measures, and ongoing optimization that will be handled through the Marketing Team and any outside vendors/resources.
  • Maintain target market Return on Investment (ROI) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
  • Provide guidance and direction on written and visual content, with a stringent focus on direct marketing best practices
  • Consistently optimize and grow our digital marketing mix and stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends and opportunities.
  • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
  • Collaborate with Call Center (Inside Sales) and Outside Sales leadership on lead generation and conversion approaches, best practices, campaigns, and other program
  • Keep up to date on the newest array of digital marketing tactics, including search, social, display, video, and affiliate/partnership marketing, and has the rocket fuel to leverage each one in our lead generation mix
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
  • Find and champion new tools, channels, tactics, and approaches.
  • Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
  • Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
  • Ability to effectively and persuasively present information to all levels in an organization
  • Track performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Manage a team of highly creative and talented marketing, communications, and design pros
  • Manage a structured testing discipline for all channels and campaigns and use insights to continuously improve results.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years' experience in marketing
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Technology Skills: Highly advanced technical acumen, including all Microsoft Office Skills, SalesForce.com, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and similar marketing and advertising platforms and tools
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Highly effective problem-solving skills with the ability to provide easily understood solutions
  • Extremely tech-savvy and able to learn new software programs for use in decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management or other related field is a plus
  • 5+ Years of Managerial Experience
  • 5+ years of experience with lead generation, lead conversions, and omnichannel marketing strategies and tactics, being a firsthand owner of programs, processes, and results.
  • Background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), a plus
  • Entrepreneurial drive and can-do attitude
  • Previous experience in Home Improvement / Constructions Industry is a plus
