Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and servicing our middle to large commercial insurance clients. If you are dedicated, detail-oriented, and have a proven track record in commercial insurance, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for commercial clients, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Assess client needs, analyze insurance policies, and provide expert guidance to ensure proper coverage.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and recommendations to clients.
- Monitor policy renewals and manage the renewal process, including securing necessary underwriting data.
- Handle client inquiries and policy changes efficiently.
- Online carrier rating for new and renewal business
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and rates.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and relevant regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve client concerns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager in the insurance industry.
- Valid California Property/Casualty license
- Excellent knowledge of commercial insurance products and policies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Annual Salary: $65,000 - $110,000
