We have multiple stores and are looking to hire a passionate Sales Consultant to join our team in Richmond, CA! We specialize in offering quality flooring and custom countertops.

Location Hiring: Richmond, CA

Responsibilities:

- Present and sell flooring products and services to new and existing customers in the showroom

- Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the established deadline

- Resolve customer inquiries and any customer concerns

- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments

- Create sales material to present to customers

- Sales consultant can work solely in the showroom and go to customers' homes to provide estimates

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related field

- Familiarity with CRM platforms/QFloors (training offered)

- Ability to build rapport with clients

- Strong negotiation skills

- Deadline and detail-oriented

- Open to work any day of the week

Our showrooms are open Monday - Friday, 9-7 (split work shift), Saturday 9-5:30, and Sunday 11-5:30. A Comprehensive benefits package is offered, and compensation of hourly pay + commission during training with a transition to draw vs. commission after the training period with an unlimited earning cap. This is a 5-day work week with a GREAT company and an exceptional team.
