Parker Brothers Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Benefits Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. As a Benefits Solutions Consultant at our company, you will be responsible for providing benefits consulting services to our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to analyze their current benefits plans and make recommendations for improvements and cost savings
- Develop and implement new benefits and compensation programs that align with our clients’ business goals
- Conduct research and stay current with industry trends and compliance issues related to benefits
- Assist with open enrollment processes and communications regarding benefits
- Provide support and guidance to clients
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop proposals and presentations for potential clients
Qualifications:
- Some college degree in Financing, Business Administration, or a related field
Thorough understanding of employee benefit plans, laws, and policies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements:

- **Must currently live in the Nashville area or have concrete plans to move within the next two months.
- Life Producer License and Health/Accident Producer License must be attained before the start date. However, we will assist you through the process and provide reimbursement for the costs.
Training:
