We are looking for an enterprising, self-starting individual to join our company as a Territory Account Manager for the services we provide to cannabis retailers. As part of our team, you will recognize and cultivate potential sales leads, travel to meet with prospective clients, and endeavor to transform one-off sales into lasting beneficial relationships. You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers while also adhering to company values and policy. You will work under a regional sales manager within your territory, building relationships with existing and potential customers. You will use your strong interpersonal skills to provide service and support to your customers, closing deals, direct sales, B2B sales, and niche marketing to demonstrate to leads how our products can benefit their bottom line.
Ability to excel in a fast-growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative.

Responsibilities and Duties
*This position will be in office 1-2 days a week remotely and 3-4 days a week on the road*
Establish, cultivate and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in assigned territory to generate new and repeat business through growers, dispensaries, and wholesale outlets. Create a pipeline of qualified opportunities and develop strategies to move the opportunities through the sales cycle to closing. Communicate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Develop and swiftly follow up on leads
Achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas as defined by management
Travel to tradeshows and other industry conventions and lead the sales efforts at such events
Adhere to sales guidelines as communicated by management
Document all initial and ongoing customer contacts as required
Keep current with emerging trends in the cannabis industry
Develop new and creative ways to capitalize on marketing efforts
Uphold the highest levels of integrity and customer service
Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications and Skills
This position requires someone who is energetic and highly motivated, with strong lead generation abilities to become a part of a fun and dynamic team in an industry that is leading sales in the rapidly growing cannabis marketplace. Identify target prospects and generate interest through cold calling.
This position mandates travel within local and surrounding counties / Must be willing to travel
