Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. This is a key leadership role within our organization, requiring strong sales skills, business acumen, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
Experience:
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on sales and business development
- Previous experience in a leadership role, managing a sales team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed business decisions
- Experience in account management and building long-term relationships with clients
