We are open to Junior and Senior Account Managers with sales and management experience. We can offer training and guidance to candidates with less experience who would like to advance in their careers in dedicated account management and logistics. More senior and experienced candidates can benefit from positions within the company that requires the advanced skills of an account manager and/or logistic coordinator.
This position involves building your own portfolio of clients, working closely with customers & suppliers, and arranging for their transport requirements. The role consists of the following daily tasks
- Managing dedicated customer accounts
- Planning, coordinating, and dispatching orders within the organization and to outside partners
- Offer guidance, support, and customer service.
- Develop new customer relationships when the opportunities arise
- Freight rate negotiation skills

Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Capable of multi-tasking and managing duties simultaneously
- Ability to persuade, influences, and negotiate with others
- Works well in a team environment and collaborates with internal departments
- Maintains a positive attitude and stays motivated in a fast-paced work setting
Assets:
- Logistics sales experience
- Knowledge of load booking with appropriate carriers and partners.
- Knowledge of Loadboards, TMS, and possession of a network of carriers and accounts.
- Bilingual English/French
- The ability to organize dedicated transport runs, routing, and planning

Pay: $45,000.00-$450,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- Montréal, QC H2Y 2K7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
