Treatment Coordinator- Sales Consultant

YOUR MISSION :

You will be responsible for the income of the practice. You will need to apply your sales and communication skills to assisting patients to buy the services determined by the doctor to necessary to achieve their You will be responsible for being the liaison between the doctor(s) and the patients, You will be assisting the patient through each phase of their treatment program. You will be onboarding new patients and making sure they are fully oriented to their tole as a patient. Additionally, you will assist each patient with their prescribed supplements and medication.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enrolling new patients in their treatment program,
Sign up Existing Patients for additional services as needed
Onboarding of new patients
Treatment coordination
Supplement sales
Patient Scheduling
Making sure the doctor is busy seeing patients
Maintaining accurate financial records

REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:
Medical Office Management Experience\
Medical Terminology
Computer Literacy
Type minimum of 40 wpm
Able to Manage Others
Excel experience
Excellent Sales skills
Ability to Multi-task
Excellent Customer Service Skills

PLANNED SALARY AND OTHER COMPENSATIONS: Depending on your experience, we offer $25-$30 per hour plus bonuses once fully trained.
