FOS Sales Manager
Work with the owner to develop, maintain and execute a five-year sales and marketing plan in our four product categories:
- New construction sales in target markets.
- Equipment sales, including remote fill systems, pump sets, day tanks and cleaning sytems.
- Fuel system engineered sales.
- Service repair and service agreement sales.
You key responsibilities will include:
- All outside sales and marketing. This includes in-person sales calls, and presentations to consulting engineers, contractors and building owners. These are tasks that the owner currently handles.
- selecting, implementing and maintaining a customer databases for planning and overall management.
- will manage our current & future inside sales. This includes preparing and following up on equipment proposals in response to email and telephone leads.
- Selecting and bidding specific public projects that meet our criteria.
Requirements (must haves)
- Minimum 3 years experience in engineered or industrial sales.
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to drive w/in 75 mile radius (to see customers and prospects) and occasionally fly to other project sites; typically w/in 2 hour flight time
- At least an Associates degree. We prefer a 4-year college degree.
- Working ability in MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Sufficient understanding of construction operations that you can efficiently anticipate and coordinate.
- Demonstrated ability to schedule your time for optimum value, identify leads, develop the relationship and become a preferred vendor/supplier
- Excellent listening skills, including anticipating possible pain points in logistics or working w/ other crafts, and coming up w/ smart, practical solutions.
Skills/traits that would be helpful
- Basic spoken Spanish
- Curiosity about how systems work, including possible improvements
- Ability to handle changes at the project level w/out losing focus & maintaining our efficiency.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $325,000.00 per year
