Job Overview:
Neil Jesani Advisors is seeking ambitious and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to join our expanding sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by collaborating with our tax professionals who presents tax strategy services to high-net-worth individuals and business owners. The ideal candidate will excel in the full sales cycle, possess strong relationship-building and account management skills, and demonstrate a proactive, go-getter attitude. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals and business owners to introduce tailored tax strategy solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a deep understanding of their financial needs and objectives.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, effectively closing deals with qualified prospects.
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster client loyalty and satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM (HubSpot) and other tools to manage sales pipelines, track progress, and generate accurate sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain high standards of client service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- 7+ years of success in selling professional services.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and entrepreneurial skill set.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify ideal clients, and develop strategic sales approaches.
- Experience in managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while also being a team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
