Job Description
A privately-owned homebuilder, that is growing their hard-working, and ambitious team is looking to bring on a New Homes Sales Consultant. They have built an amazing company culture, where they pride themselves on employee growth.
Base Pay: $42,000 + Commission
* Average Consultant earnings are $150,000 per year*
Job Responsibilities
- Generating and pursuing leads.
- Qualifying and informing potential buyers on products, increasing sales volume, and guiding buyers throughout the sales process.
- Create a business plan by identifying market strategies, creating realtor relationships, and other programs to meet and exceed sales expectations.
- Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the entire process, all the way to closing.
- Qualifying buyers to their respective communities.
- Communicate, collaborate, and build rapport with team members.
- Meet and achieve sales goals, attend meetings, and provide follow-ups for home buying processes.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License
- 2+ Years of onsite new homes sales experience.
- Business and sales minded. Goal driven!
- Relationship-building skills.
- Energetic, Outgoing, and Professional.
- Ability to work some weekends and evenings if needed.
- Proficient in MS Office or other CRMs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
