First, about New Bath Today…we are the exclusive Kohler Bath Remodel dealer for Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana and West Virginia. The business was formed and started in Indianapolis Indiana in 2016. With hard work and an excellent business strategy, it has quickly grown into the largest Kohler Walk-In Tub and Walk-In Shower dealer in the world. With home improvement projects on the rise, we plan for significant growth in the coming years. We strive to deliver a world class experience for our customers, and equally important, we strive to be a great workplace for all in the home improvement industry.

Pay for performance is a salesperson’s greatest compensation motivator! Our compensation plan rewards solid performance with a strong commission rate and the opportunity to reach your true earning potential. With this pay structure, our sales consultants earn $110,000 - $425,000 in annual income following the initial 2 weeks of training. Get paid what you’re worth and enjoy what you do!!! Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sale methodology.
  • Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately.
  • Follow up as required with our Admin and Operations team to ensure successful completion of your customer’s project.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended.

Who You Are:

  • CLOSER!! One Call Close.
  • Passionate about selling.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate upward concisely.
  • Ability and comfortability traveling to sales leads anywhere in and around a 2 hour radius from your home.
  • Self-motivated, detailed, and organized.
  • Enjoy working as a 1099 employee to maximize your earning potential.
  • The ability to not take “no” personally and a healthy sense of competitiveness.
  • Time and work process management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • The owner of any iPhone and a 12.9 iPad pro with cell service and keyboard.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Schedule:

  • Full time – 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. No weekends!
  • Appointments are scheduled throughout the week at three different time slots; 10:00am, 2:00pm, and 6:00pm.
  • Road warrior – must be comfortable driving an average of 500-1000 miles a week.
