Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in market analysis, project management, and sales strategies, with a proven ability to negotiate effectively and utilize customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce.
Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on business development activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management principles.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in project management with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: $54,877.69-$150,000.00 per year
