Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager to grow and develop our sales team at Ellis Resthaven Funeral Home and Memorial Park. Our sales teams are dedicated professionals who develop an understanding of each family's unique needs to offer funeral and cemetery solutions that add value to them. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing a well-trained sales staff that meets and exceeds all sales quotas, providing initial and ongoing instruction to the sales team, increasing market share and customer base, and maintaining the highest ethical standards.

A successful Sales Manager will ensure that sales programs, incentives and awards, and sales presentations are budgeted, approved, and conform to Company policies, plan and participate in community events designed to develop prospects and heighten awareness of the location, and ensure compliance of sales practices with federal, state/provincial and local regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience managing and developing a sales team
Funeral Home, Cemetery, or Insurance experience preferred
Experience training, coaching, and motivating a sales force
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to set goals for employees that are challenging but achievable
Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain license

Pay: $89,000.00 - $149,000.00 per year
