Job Description
The Brite Group Inc. is looking for a result driven and an accomplished sales and business development manager with prior experience within the Federal agencies (DHS, DOD, Intel) and a proven track record. The candidate should be knowledgeable about the federal procurement process and have a laser sharp focus in identifying opportunities, collaborations and marketing the our services and capabilities to grow the company's footprint within the Federal sector.
Job requirements:
- Development of a comprehensive understanding of customers' missions, capabilities, business posture and investment strategies
- Assisting in the positioning of Brite's services and solutions to key decision-makers within DHS\DoD\Intel Markets
- Assisting Brite leadership in creating strategic growth initiatives and strategies for expanding opportunities for Brite Group's market share
- Conducting business development through lead generation and qualification for a defined assignment within the Government sector
- Identifying technical requirements, buying influences, and project scope for departmental and enterprise Business Intelligence software implementations
- Establishing relationships with industry partners enabling partnering opportunities and teaming strategies on business opportunities in both prime and sub roles
- Participating in proposal capture and proposal development activities
- Initiating sales calls, sales meetings, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals
- Conduct prospect, active and inactive account sales calls and meetings both independently and jointly with other divisions and lines of business
- Leading discussions with clients through proposed services to drive decision process to closure
- Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
- Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments
- Protecting our organization's value by keeping proprietary information confidential at all times.'

Pay: $64,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
