Change Solar is rapidly expanding and seeking motivated, energetic representatives to set appointments for our outside sales representatives within Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, and San Bernardino Counties. Successful candidates will be given qualified leads to call on, with a goal of setting at least two appointments per day for our sales team.

Training from our experienced sales team will be provided, along with all the other tools necessary to succeed in this position. In addition to the resources available for your success, we are proud to have a work culture and environment that nobody ever wants to leave. You will love working here.

Successful candidates will earn an hourly wage, plus a generous bonus for each appointment that sits with a sales rep for a presentation, and an additional greater bonus for each appointment that results in a closed sale.
