Job Title: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer
Department: Information Security
Reports To: Director, Information Security

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure on-premise MFA and Service Account security though Silverfort policy enforcement.
  • Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and other access control mechanisms.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to IAM policies, procedures, and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing infrastructure and applications.

Education and/or Experience:
  • 3+ years experience as an IAM, Active Directory, of M365 Engineer.
  • Experience with Silverfort is a big plus.
  • Thorough understanding of common network and federated authentication protocols like Kerberos, OAUTH, NTLM, OIDC, SAML, FIDO, etc.
  • Have experience in identity access management and governance, to include single sign on, identity federation, lifecycle management, enterprise directory architecture and design, and resource provisioning; Azure preferred
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for streamlined operations.
