Winston Brands has an immediate opening for dedicated customer support service team members. This opportunity is 100% remote, applicants must reside in Kansas or Illinois. Experience in Customer Service is desired, but not necessary. Winston Brands is committed to the continual development of their staff and will consider candidates without experience.
Our Customer Care Representatives are the first point of contact for our customers. We are seeking energetic people to join our growing Inside-Sales CCR team. This role requires a reliable hi-speed internet connection and a distraction-free work environment. Winston Brands provides all the necessary equipment. Potential candidates should excel at working independently and be comfortable speaking with customers to provide order status, take new orders as well as promoting and selling additional products. The role starts at $12.00/hour, with the potential to earn as much as $16.00/hour with the incentive – you can make that happen!
