- Assist customers with inquiries related to a company's products and services
- Customer service sales associates maintain adequate company and product knowledge to provide proficient service
- Represent our company in a professional manner when working with businesses
- Thinking outside the box and finding new ways to address our customer’s issues and needs
- Providing a pleasant and fun customer experience
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Willingness to train and learn
- Communication skills
