Sportscraft Source for Sports is a specialty sporting goods retailer located in St. John’s, NL. Since our humble beginnings in 1968, we’ve grown from a shop of 800 square feet to our current 7200 square foot location. We carry the leading hockey, baseball and soccer brands and manufacturers in the world. Sportscraft is an institution, not only in St. John’s but the entire province, for athletes and sports lovers. As the sports, the equipment and the games have changed over the years, we too have advanced and evolved to meet the changing business landscape and expectations of our customers. We continue to develop ways to enhance the customer experience and expand the products and services we offer while staying true to our core values, integrity, pride, and commitment to our business model. Salary: TBD based on qualifications

Our Team and Corporate Sales department is growing, and we are looking to add an additional full-time inside sales member. Our Team Sales and Corporate department facilitates and supplies custom apparel for sports teams and corporate clients across Newfoundland and Labrador.

Our inside sales will primarily work with a small team of dedicated staff. The team is responsible for fulfillment of in-store and online sales. You will work with amateur sports associations and individual teams to create custom apparel and gear that are appropriate for their needs.

Day to Day duties:

  • Team and corporate sales inquiries.
  • Developing apparel programs to meet client needs.
  • Develop, maintain and monitor progress of online team apparel stores.
  • Assist with planning and execution of team apparel fittings by providing a professional, consistent customer experience.
  • Work with suppliers to execute the completion of team orders.
  • Assist in ordering, managing team merchandise, creating, and completing sales orders.
  • Work with off-site decorators to ensure quality control.
  • Upload and maintain custom team information on product websites and internal systems.

Requirements

2-3 years relevant sales experience
