Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative with strong coordination skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment. You will work closely with both the sales team and customers to ensure a seamless experience, including coordinating sales activities, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records will be key to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Identify and qualify leads through research, outreach, and inbound inquiries.
- Follow up on leads and manage a pipeline of potential clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information on products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering solutions.
Sales Coordination:
- Support sales representatives with order processing, documentation, and updating CRM systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure timely and efficient sales operations.
- Track and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and resolving issues as they arise.
Order Processing & Tracking:
- Process sales orders, verify order details, and confirm delivery schedules.
- Monitor order fulfillment and follow up with internal teams to ensure smooth processing.
Sales Reporting & Data Management:
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure all relevant information is updated in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and analysis to support decision-making.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
- Address customer issues and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them promptly.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing a positive and supportive experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
