- Strategize & Innovate: Develop and implement impactful sales plans and strategies that align with our business goals. Stay ahead of market trends to ensure we’re always one step ahead.
- Price Management: Oversee pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market. Analyze data to adjust pricing and promotions effectively.
- Team Coordination: Act as the linchpin for our sales team, fostering communication, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Daily Operations: Monitor daily sales activities, track performance metrics, and provide insightful recommendations to enhance efficiency and drive results.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with the General Manager to translate vision into action, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive results.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with experience in price management and performance tracking.
- Team Player: Excellent coordination and communication skills, with a talent for fostering teamwork and resolving conflicts.
- Dynamic & Proactive: A go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take initiative.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales management or a similar role is a plus, but a passion for sales and a drive to excel are essential.
- Bilingual: Listen/Read/Write Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
