Work you'll do
- Drive the day-to-day development of cloud cyber capabilities
- Coordinate with Solutions Architect to vet new capability ideas or requests and solution integration
- Coordinate with Solution Area Leads to ensure appropriate resourcing and staffing for projects
- Assume responsibility for formulating work standards, creating strategic project objectives, and ensuring solutions align to overall strategic priorities
- Lead integrated teams of multi-disciplinary professionals, with multiple concurrent deliverables and tasks
- Manage technical solutions, delegate appropriate resources, and ensure quality assurance principles are met across projects and deliverables
- Identify, report, and manage risks

Qualifications
Required:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent in a related field.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance for the role
- 5+ years of cybersecurity project management or directly relevant industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management and direction on cybersecurity projects including extensive knowledge of and experience with cybersecurity system development.
- Strong proficiency in project estimation and resource planning efforts.
- Proven ability to resolve project issues, such as technical compatibility and timing.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Must have good communication and collaboration skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Must be team-oriented and able to collaborate across many participating teams
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
