Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Collections to lead our organization towards achieving its strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of collection services, customer service, and account management. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to analyze data effectively to drive decision-making.

Duties

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage account processes, ensuring timely collection and accurate reporting.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct account analysis to assess performance and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Skills

  • 5 years minimum in a collection agency environment
  • Previous history of proven management ability
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in account management and analysis.
  • Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and present findings clearly.
  • Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms
  • Solid understanding of account management principles.
  • Strong oral and written English skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • French language a benefit but not a requirement

Pay: $6,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
