Job Description:

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Sales in various ways. We are seeking a proactive individual who can work independently and efficiently to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct appointment pre-screening, manage scheduling, and attend appointments with Director of Sales to provide support.
  • Follow up with clients post-appointment and manage action items.
  • Maintain and update client information in CRM system.
  • Assist in preparing sales agreements and coordinating post-sale activities.
  • Manage/coordinate sales schedule.
  • Respond to inbound calls, directing inquiries accordingly.
  • Assist in spec home creation and documentation.
  • Conduct audits and proofreading of sales marketing materials.
  • Conduct audits of internal and customer-facing website content.
  • Manage inbox and scheduling.
  • Manage communications with brokers and handle continuing education and licensing requirements.
  • Manage model/spec home cleaning schedules.
  • Utilize the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) for research and listings.
  • Conduct market research and analyze findings.
  • Research land listings.
  • Interface with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and shops.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to work independently and self-sufficiently.
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new programs and systems.
  • Reliable transportation to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience in real estate or home building industry is a plus.
