Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads

-Excellent listening & communicarion skills are mandatory
- Introduce and promote products or services to potential customers
- Follow scripts and guidelines to provide accurate information and answer customer questions
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Update customer records and sales activities in Salesforce or other CRM software

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to effectively engage with customers over the phone
- Experience with outbound calling or inside sales is beneficial
- Comfortable making warm calls to potential customers
