Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee our sales team's performance and drive revenue growth in the designated region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, technology sales, and account management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients

Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, technical sales, and account management
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-lasting relationships
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Pay: $100,000.00 - $157,000.00 per year
