Job Description:
Z Bridal is seeking a dedicated and passionate Bridal Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of bridal fashion, and a passion for the wedding industry. This position requires managing all aspects of our by-appointment-only business, including client consultations, sales, and maintaining store appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and consult with brides on a daily basis, providing exceptional customer service
- Develop knowledge of bridal fashion, styles, trends, designers, and fit/alterations
- Maintain the visual appearance and cleanliness of the store to company standards
- Process sales transactions for customers
- Work collaboratively with the team, demonstrating a strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
- Must be available to work weekends and some evenings for event scheduling
- Retail or fashion industry experience preferred
- Some college education preferred
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality with a professional attitude and well-groomed appearance
- Passion for weddings and the bridal industry
- Weekend availability is required
Compensation:
Salary: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour (plus commission)
Monthly salary option available based on experience
