Outdoor Elements is an industry leader with an outstanding portfolio of design and locally manufactured Louvered Patio Covers located in the Escondido. Our manufacturing company is experience steady growth and looking for a full time Sales Support/Dealer Coordinator. The successful applicant will be creative at problem solving, dependable, a team player and have good communication skills.
Duties and responsibilities
· Review dealer project plans and understand the scope of the assigned work.
· Create and/or Review Cost Sheets.
· Create Product Estimates
· Coordinate design with architectural team.
· Once architectural team has completed, check design once again for accuracy.
· Coordinate New Dealer Setup.
· Review process within CRM and train new dealers on ordering, payments and estimates.
· Support Outside Sales Team with estimates, contract review and correspondence.
· Train New Dealers on processes.
· Assist with showroom tours as needed.
· Light general office admin and Office Team support
· Support CEO with scheduling, client correspondence, drafting and reviewing documentation.
· Mailing and Light Shipping
Qualifications
- Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft and Google
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
· High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
· Minimum of 2+ years’ experience with an inside sales / customer supporting role.
· Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers including excellent follow-up skills.
· Detail-oriented, decisive, and able to multi-task well in a fast-paced environment with coaching support.
· Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred
· Any OSHA, safety trainings, equipment operating trainings a plus.
Working conditions
This position requires the incumbent to continuously bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry manufacturing materials and supplies weighing 50 pounds or more.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Physical requirements
While in the shop, all the normal hazards will prevail including noise, dust, falling objects and any of the other dangers that occur on a construction site. Must always have the ability to wear personal protective gear correctly. The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations. The ability to lift over 25 pounds.
