You will earn a base salary plus commission and annual renewals.
The Direct Sales Director provides exemplary sales efforts to potential prospects through:
- Performing outbound sales phone calls to current and potential clients
- Educating potential clients regarding the benefits and requirements of the BASIC products
- Manage qualified leads distributed by Sales Operations team
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone and MS Teams
- Use Salesforce database for leads and won/loss tracking needs
The qualified candidate will possess:
- Experience working in Payroll services or the employee benefits industry is highly preferred
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
- Proven ability to close a sale
- Demonstrated effectiveness in making professional sales calls
- Demonstrated ability to use CRM software for lead management

Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working in professional office/sales environment.
- Education and/or experience equivalent to minimum of an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university
