Job Description
WMC Global is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success Team!
The Role:
Provide exemplary customer service, focusing on execution of contracts and problem-solving or escalating any client issues that arise
Define and optimize the customer journey by serving as the first point of contact for clients and finding ways to improve their experience
Work with client account manager to define the clients’ goals and work to demonstrate the value of WMC Global’s products
Proactively document and share feedback with the Product and Operations teams to drive improvements in our systems, software, and procedures to enhance client services
Develop relevant presentations, documentation, or other materials needed for clients in partnership with the Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
The Requirements:
3-5 years of customer success or account management experience, with at least 1+ year of experience in cybersecurity or related industry
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or a related field
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Experience in the following systems:
CRM (HubSpot preferred)
MS Office 365
Jira & Confluence, or equivalent ticketing and documentation system
Well-organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Validated success working in a fast-paced, team-oriented remote environment
