Job Summary:
We are seeking two dynamic and motivated Powersports Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Motorcycles, UTVs, ATVs, and all that comes with the industry and a strong background in sales and customer service.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve sales targets
- Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities to generate leads
- Manage sales processes from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with dealership to promote powersports products
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Assist with inventory control and management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the powersports industry
- Strong sales management skills with the ability to drive results
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of inventory control practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
