Position Overview:
The Roofing Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales department, developing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the roofing industry, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
2. Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry partners.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Performance Monitoring:
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of roofing products, services, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software
- Ability to scale residential roofs safely using a ladder.

Pay: $88,504.00 - $102,161.00 per year
