Purpose and Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and execute the sales and marketing strategies for our landscape company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, increasing brand awareness, expanding our customer base, and effectively managing customer accounts through a comprehensive sales and marketing approach.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including residential and commercial clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to promote the company's landscaping services.
Develop and maintain the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities.
- Account Management: Establish and manage customer accounts, ensuring that their needs are met and that the company provides exceptional service.
Work closely with the sales team to develop account-specific strategies to maximize customer retention and growth.
Regularly communicate with key accounts to address their concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Set clear goals and targets for the team, monitor performance, and provide guidance and coaching to achieve objectives.

- Marketing Collateral: Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to effectively communicate the company's services and value proposition.
Manage the company's online presence, including the website and social media platforms.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring profitable deals.
Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies as needed.
- Budget and Reporting: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, optimizing allocation of resources.
Prepare regular reports and analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Implement and maintain a CRM system to streamline customer data and communication.
Ensure timely follow-up and customer support to address inquiries and concerns.

Minimum Qualifications & Educational Requirements
