The Advanced Labelworx Account Manager position is responsible for providing superior service that meets or exceeds a customer’s needs, managing client relationships and developing new business from existing customers.
We offer extensive training and technical support to get potential candidates up and running.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the customer relationship through ongoing communication and sustaining a high-level of customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional phone skills and being comfortable speaking to customers is a must!
- Develop solutions to customer problems and requirements.
- Planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
- Assisting Outside Sales team on new business pursuits, as needed

- Skills and Competencies:
- Optimistic, good listener, persuasive, and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
- Strong phone skills.
- Self-starter who requires minimum supervision and adapts easily to changing work environments and requirements.
- Ability to handle several projects simultaneously.
- Any basic bookkeeping or experience in accounting environment can also be a plus.
