We are seeking a Senior Hotel Sales Manager for our Luxury property near Delray Beach Florida. We need someone who takes action and makes things happen. You seek challenges and are enthusiastic about achieving goals. You enjoy building networks, flexing your style to be influential, finding new revenue opportunities, and, most importantly, driving profitable events and business.
Senior Hotel Sales Manager will:
- Promote and sell events throughout our expansive Resort property.
- Oversee a large Events Team
- Sell catered events
- Work with high-profile groups
- Be responsible for generating revenue through sales calls, attending networking events, and managing a sales team
The successful candidate will have previous hotel experience and should have a creative mindset.
Senior Hotel Sales Manager must-haves:
- Previous luxury/Resort experience A MUST!!!!!
- Previous manager-level experience in the same/similar
- Proven success selling a multi-faceted hotel property
