SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Prospecting and maintaining relationships with families – Make the necessary contacts with prospective customers to maintain an ample supply of leads via: phone lists, at-need families, pre-need follow up, and seminars
- Sell premium cemetery property, products and services to clients
- Inform and educate families on options for pre-planning final arrangements
- Obtain referrals & promote keeping families together
- Meet and exceed established sales quotas
- Help and assist families make cemetery arrangements before a death
- Work with families who have experienced a death to arrange personalized burial arrangements that create a positive impression during a difficult time
- Network within the community to present on the importance of cemetery and funeral arrangements.
- Deliver consistent, exceptional customer satisfaction
- Represent company professionally in each community served and with other partner companies
COMPENSATION:
- Base salary plus commission

Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or related roles
- Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Empathetic and a good listener
- Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned region as needed
- Strong communication and closing skills to address customer concerns
- Driver's License with reliable vehicle and auto insurance (Required)
- Schedule Monday - Friday, some weekends as needed. There are set hours as well as flexibility to set your own schedule
