SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  • Prospecting and maintaining relationships with families – Make the necessary contacts with prospective customers to maintain an ample supply of leads via: phone lists, at-need families, pre-need follow up, and seminars
  • Sell premium cemetery property, products and services to clients
  • Inform and educate families on options for pre-planning final arrangements
  • Obtain referrals & promote keeping families together
  • Meet and exceed established sales quotas
  • Help and assist families make cemetery arrangements before a death
  • Work with families who have experienced a death to arrange personalized burial arrangements that create a positive impression during a difficult time
  • Network within the community to present on the importance of cemetery and funeral arrangements.
  • Deliver consistent, exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Represent company professionally in each community served and with other partner companies

COMPENSATION:

  • Base salary plus commission
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, disability, life insurance, 401 K and profit sharing

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or related roles
  • Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Empathetic and a good listener
  • Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned region as needed
  • Strong communication and closing skills to address customer concerns
  • Driver's License with reliable vehicle and auto insurance (Required)
  • Schedule Monday - Friday, some weekends as needed. There are set hours as well as flexibility to set your own schedule
