Content/Marketing Manager (REMOTE)

Guided by our 2024 vision, we aim to redefine M&A by fostering collaboration, delivering insights, and offering specialized services, transforming the industry landscape. This role will be instrumental in driving this transformation, playing a pivotal role in creating engaging content that communicates our vision, differentiates Opus Connect, and fuels product adoption.
We are looking for a data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel. Your mission is to drive site traffic through compelling content, oversee content management across platforms while gauging its impact, and spearhead our event marketing. Goals include transforming this traffic into leads and nurturing them into customers, supported by sales leadership. Your ultimate goal is to amplify engagement, positioning Opus Connect as a prime nexus for collaboration, deep insights, and tailored solutions within the M&A community.
Key Responsibilities
Content Writing and Inbound Marketing
- Monitor industry trends and perform research to inform content strategies.
- Develop and implement an inbound marketing strategy focusing on effective content creation, distribution, and investment optimization.
- Maintain and execute the content strategy and calendar for diverse media including articles, video interviews, and social media, aimed at attracting a qualified audience.
- Regularly create and manage engaging content across platforms, maintaining a consistent and resonating message and branding
- Manage Opus Connect's social media presence, promoting top products, events, and services, fostering engagement before, during and after in-person and virtual events
- Utilize marketing automation and social media for lead nurturing and engagement.
- Leverage SEO to increase web traffic and track marketing KPIs for strategy enhancement.
- Foster collaboration across teams for innovative content ideas and continuous strategy optimization, in line with Opus Connect's goals.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in content strategy development aligned with organizational goals.
- Proficiency in inbound marketing, digital marketing tools for lead generation, and nurturing are essential.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, data-driven decision-making, independence, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Bonus skills include familiarity with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
