Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, account management, and team leadership. Proven in Group sales, tourism industry would be an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- meet and exceed sales objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies and drive business growth
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
-Work with Tour Partners to complete sponsorship and partnership agreements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, not required but considered an asset.
- Proven experience in technical sales, technology sales, or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, account management, and market analysis
- Proficiency in sales techniques, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
