Job Overview
Drives and implements the sales operations infrastructure across a large market or sales operation specialty(s) across a large region.
- Drives and leads the effective implementation of sales operations initiatives such as opportunity management tracking and forecasting, customer relationship management, customer satisfaction program, sales training/development and infrastructure projects.
- Partners with sales team to identify potential opportunities and develop plans to pursue those opportunities.
- Removes issues hindering the implementation of sales operations initiatives ensuring coordination between local and regional sales operations teams.
- Coordinates sales operations activities with other functions including service, consulting and business lines, as appropriate.
- Contributes to sales operations initiatives making recommendations.
- Revenue achievement roadmap.
- Drives the account planning process across.
- Provides feedback to local management teams.
- Bachelor's Degree Req
- Seven (7) years relevant sales function experience Req
- Extensive knowledge of IQVIA offerings and pharmaceutical industry.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $85,300.00 - $127,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
