We are seeking an entry-level Telecommunications Sales Manager to join our growing team. As a Telecommunications Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. Telecommunications Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to present to customers in person and drive revenue growth in the telecommunications market
- Present products and services to customers while building strong, long-term relationships and managing their accounts effectively
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads to expand the customer base
- Train and mentor new team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Telecommunications Sales to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and proposals to senior management
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets to meet or exceed goals
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions
Telecommunications Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Entry-level experience in sales or a related field (telecommunications experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
