Sales Director
Hollman is the largest locker manufacturer in the world, and our sales team is at the heart of our continual pursuit of growth. This opportunity is an exciting market leader that allows for personal growth and development while achieving top-line sales goals to move the company forward.
As the Sales Director, you will lead our sales staff and drive our sales goals. Your excellent leadership skills will be crucial in coaching, training, developing a great team, and building solid relationships with key players in each market vertical. You will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to ensure profitability and accountability.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and technologies to continuously improve sales processes and effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Drive a culture of excellence, professionalism, and customer-centricity within the sales organization.
  • Create a monthly forecast and include key accounts contributing and a complete understanding of the sales cycle to assist with closing deals.
  • Establishes sales quotas for teams and individuals and tracks performance against expectations.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8 years of proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools, SalesForce and Syteline preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing Experience
  • Experience in the Millwork, Furniture
