What You’ll Do
  • Shape Strategy: Develop and execute ambitious sales and marketing strategies that align with our goals, leveraging your insight into market trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
  • Lead Sales Excellence: Inspire and manage our sales team, building meaningful relationships with clients, corporate accounts, and industry leaders. You’ll lead regular strategy sessions, coach for peak performance, and nurture lasting connections.
  • Elevate Marketing & Branding: Spearhead creative marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media. Working with agencies and partners, you’ll ensure brand consistency across all channels, crafting a message that resonates.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Partner with our Revenue Management team to create strategic pricing models and room inventory solutions. Your data-driven approach will position Logik for sustained revenue growth.
  • Manage Budgets & Financials: Develop and oversee budgets to ensure effective use of resources, and report regularly on performance metrics, profitability, and strategic ROI.
  • Cultivate a Winning Team: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and results.
What We’re Looking For
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 7-10 years in hotel or hospitality sales/marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Industry Expertise: Proven success in driving revenue and achieving sales goals, with deep knowledge of market trends and customer needs.
  • Skills & Abilities: Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM and sales/marketing software, and strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making.
