Job Description
We are searching for an experienced and successful professional Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for the company. The successful candidate will have a proven record of new business development, key account management, sales team leadership and professional presentation skills.
This is an opportunity with a well-established regional industrial products and field service company to lead sales execution for revenue growth, sales team development, new account development, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead and manage the sales team
- Develop the sales team including coaching, training and recruiting for long term growth
- Develop and nurture key account business relationships
- Identify and successfully cultivate new business opportunities
- Drive sales growth across all the company’s product and service offerings
- Communicate and present to all levels of both internal and external customers
- Constructively contribute to the sales strategy to exceed business objectives
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales management in an industrial environment
- College Degree preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Mechanical systems and technology experience
- Experience with pumps and / or hydraulic systems a plus
- Demonstrated success in a direct industrial sales role including new account growth
- Experience managing large customer accounts with multiple levels of buying influence
- Heavy equipment sales and rental experience
- Distributor and/or Industrial Representative channel experience a plus
